  • BPC is an interesting cross-section concept. High level of execution and ingredients meet “regular people” food. Perfect for feeding large groups.

    I’m a banquet chef with experience everywhere from fine dining to my family pizza place. Not a lot of pizza guys have aspirations of working in fine dining and not a ton of high level chefs spent most of their life behind a pizza counter.

  • First and foremost — Pizza. The easiest, most affordable and best tasting way to feed a large crowd is pizza.

    After that, the client is really in control of the menu. Almost anything you could think of ordering from your favorite carryout, but executed with quality ingredients, local flavor and expert craftsmanship. Sous-vide chicken wings, locally raised produce, scratch made sauces & dressings, sandwich trays and platters, etc.

  • YES! One of the best reasons to order from BPC is because I can easily accommodate many dietary needs. Being a boutique studio, not a 7000 square foot restaurant, means I can focus the entirety of my kitchen space on your menu and prevent cross contaminating.

  • The sooner the better, depending on the season and volume of business we already have on our books.

    Minimums - 1 week for headcounts 50+

    -72 hours for 25-49 heads

    -24 hours for fewer than 25 heads

  • Yes! Whichever works best for you. You ask and I do my best to accomodate. Or I just plan everything and send you an invoice.

  • I’m headquartered in Northeast Baltimore but I will travel most anywhere in the region given enough notice. Fuel Surcharges may apply.
